DigiPRO Media Group is your solution to creating and sharing web based content with the people around you: your family, your friends, and your consumers. We understand you may not have the time or expertise to build a compelling web presence; that is why we take control of your personal content, develop it, and make it available for the broadest audience possible to view.

 

Furthermore, we can limit the display of your content only to parties you choose to share it with. You choose what content DigiPRO Media Group makes available to the general public, and you have the ability to control the users with whom you share the content we form during the process of publishing such content.

 

DigiPRO Media Group is based on the accumulation of user provided and/or formed content and there is an increasing amount of content being made available for our customers to use. We see it as a goal to help our customers have as much content as possible available for their use while retaining each user’s privacy.

 

2. Acceptance

 

By using DigiPRO Media Group you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Collection and Providence of Information and Content

 

When you visit DigiPRO Media Group you provide us with two types of information: limited personal information and content you knowingly choose to disclose and/or post on the content that we develop.

 

When you register with DigiPRO Media Group you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name and your email address.

 

When you enter www.digipromediagroup.com we also collect your browser type and IP address. This information is standard internet protocol and gathered for all www.digipromediagroup.com visitors. We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you may choose to share your content. For that reason, we cannot and do not guarantee that any content will not be viewed (or even harmed) by unauthorized persons.

 

DigiPRO Media Group is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on content. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored such content.

 

Content submitted to DigiPRO Media Group is at the discretion of its submitter for the purpose of reuse at the judgment of DigiPRO Media Group, and therefore, does not require consent by its submitter or representative to use such content as deemed by DigiPRO Media Group. All content submitted to DigiPRO Media Group is authorized by the submitter or the representative of the submitter of such content to be used by DigiPRO Media Group at the discretion of DigiPRO Media Group. DigiPRO Media Group retains the rights and ownership to all submitted content and the content it creates; original work is protected by Federal and International Copyright Laws and Treaties. DigiPRO Media Group will release all rights to any content at a fair market price or fair market value.

 

4. Billing information

 

Should you sign up for a charged product and/or service (as defined in the Terms of Use agreement), DigiPRO Media Group will require a customer’s billing information in order to process the transaction and to collect the fees involved.

 

We do not store your billing information, and this information will be discarded after your transaction has been processed. Nevertheless, the required information for your billing will be stored by our payment gateway company which will store your billing information on their secure payment gateway for as long as necessary to carry out the terms of your product and/or service.

 

We may retain the last 4 digits of your credit card number, and credit card type, so that you may identify the card used in the future.

 

Should you cancel your subscription, your billing information will be removed by DigiPRO Media Group and our payment gateway company.

 

All transactions are processed over an industry standard Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) connection, with a minimum of 1024-bit encryption.

 

5. Sharing Your Content with Third Parties

 

DigiPRO Media Group provides, as a main service, the ability of sharing created content with others (family, friends, customers and people in your networks) and privacy settings that restrict other users from viewing and/or accessing your content without your consent. You choose the content you wish to provide through DigiPRO Media Group and the manner in which you choose to share it.

 

DigiPRO Media Group may provide information and/or personal user content to service providers to help us provide the services we offer. Specifically, we may use third parties to facilitate our business, such as to host the service at a co-location facility for servers used as backup, to send out email updates about DigiPRO Media Group, to remove repetitive information from our user lists, and to process payments for products and/or services. In connection with these business operations, our service providers may have access to your personal information and/or content for use for a limited time in connection with these business activities.

 

We occasionally provide demonstrations of DigiPRO Media Group created content that allow non-users a glimpse into the DigiPRO Media Group world. Such content is provided in a form which protects content from any unauthorized editing and/or changing.

 

DigiPRO Media Group may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. DigiPRO Media Group may offer or provide services jointly with other companies on www.digipromediagroup.com. You can tell when another company is involved in the providence of such service on www.digipromediagroup.com, and we may share customer information with such third party in connection with your use of such service.

 

Like many other websites that interact with third party sites, we may receive information that pertains to non-DigiPRO Media Group users, from those sites in conjunction with the technical operation of our system. In cases where DigiPRO Media Group receives information on users that are non-DigiPRO Media Group users, we do not attempt to associate it with individual DigiPRO Media Group accounts and will discard it.

 

In any case in which the ownership of DigiPRO Media Group's business shall change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, your user information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy and Terms of Use agreement.

7. Third Party Advertising

 

Advertisements that appear on www.digipromediagroup.com are sometimes delivered (or served) directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. 8. Changing or Removing Content

 

DigiPRO Media Group access and control content using content editing tools. DigiPRO Media Group may modify or delete any content at any time by the request of its customers, logging into their account. Any such changes will be updated immediately. Customers who wish to deactivate their account may do so by contacting us at customerservice@digipromediagroup.com. Removed information will be retained in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be available to the public.

 

9. Security

 

DigiPRO Media Group takes appropriate precautions to protect our users' information and content. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards which protect your account information and uploaded content. Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information or data to us by email or instant messaging services.
